Seduction has never been so sweet! The New York Timesbestselling author of the Cold Fury series—Alex, Garrett, Zack, and Ryker—returns with the first novel in a hot new trilogy.

Sela Halstead lost her innocence in a way that no sixteen-year-old should ever have to endure. She’s spent years trying to forget that night even while wondering about the identities of the monsters who brutalized her—until a telltale tattoo flashes across Sela’s TV screen. The incriminating ink belongs to Jonathon Townsend, the millionaire founder of The Sugar Bowl, a website that matches rich older men with impressionable young women. Obsessed with revenge, Sela infiltrates Townsend’s world, only to come face-to-face with a tantalizing complication: Beckett North, his charismatic business partner.

The tech mastermind behind The Sugar Bowl, Beck always gets what he wants, in business and in bed. And yet, for a man who’s done every dirty thing imaginable, there’s something about the naïve, fresh-faced Sela that sparks his hottest fantasies. Because with her, it’s not just about sex. Beck opens up to her in ways he never has with other girls. So why does he get the feeling that she’s hiding something? In a world of pleasure and power, the shocking truth could turn them against each other—or bind them forever.

Note: Sugar Daddy ends on a cliffhanger. Sela and Beck’s story continues in Sugar Rush and Sugar Free!

Stacia says…

Shockingly this is my first book by author Sawyer Bennett– I know, I mean how can that be?!? I of course have several of her books on my Kindle and on my TBR list- which now that I read this one, I will be reading her other books soon!

Sela Halstead was brutally attacked and gang raped when she was sixteen years old. This event changed the outcome of so many facets of her life. She thinks she has finally moved on, until she stumbles upon one of her attackers, Jonathon Townsend. He is the the millionaire founder of the Sugar Bowl, a company that pairs up wealthy men and women with their young and beautiful fantasies. Hell bent on revenge, she changes her whole life in order to infiltrate his business and take him down.

“There is nothing I wouldn’t do to carry out my plans.
Infiltrate.
Murder.
Repeat.”

As his best friend and business partner, Beck North is Sela’s way into Jonathon Townsend’s life. Beck is a man that has everything that he wants, but suddenly finds himself captivated by the naughty, but at the same time, innocent Sela. After spending some time together they build a real connection and Sela starts to doubt her vengeance and revenge plans.

“No one has ever made me go weak in the knees. Not one single man has ever inspired me to want to bring them to theirs.”

**WARNING: this book ends in a cliffhanger, and I will be honest it is a pretty big one. I know, I know– cliffhangers can be painful because the wait is so bad. BUT, don’t let that keep you from reading this book.

I loved Beck and Sela and how they both had a different idea of what sex and a relationship looks like, but they still couldn’t resist falling for each other. I’m not sure about other Sawyer Bennett books, but this one was full of angst, suspense, and was sexy as hell! Not to mention she did an amazing job with Jonathan- she literally wrote a character that you could not help but hate. I mean not one thing about him was likable and he just had that slime ball vibe from the start. I seriously can’t wait to see where Sawyer takes this series and I am dying to get my hands on Sugar Rush (book 2 in the series) which releases this summer.
