Kerris Moreton should be the happiest woman in the world: She has a successful business and is about to start the family she's always wanted. But the man of her dreams-the one whose green eyes see straight into her soul and whose gentle hands make her body hum with pleasure-is not hers.

Each secret moment with Walsh Bennett serves to remind Kerris of what she's missing. And every stolen hour makes it harder to see her future without him. But being with Walsh would betray a sacred promise and upend her perfect life. When tragedy strikes, the razor's edge between love and loyalty grows sharper than ever. And Kerris must decide where her heart will fall . . .

When I finished When You Are Mine a few months ago I had no idea that it was part of a series. I accepted the ending…but was not estastatic about it. Imagine my surprise when I found out there was another book. I could not wait to see what happened to the Kerris, Cam, Walsh triangle because I felt like it just wasn’t done.

When You Are Mine is more angsty than Loving You Always. It has the build-up and consequently the storm. It has that “on the edge of your seat” what will happen moments. Loving You Always is the clean-up after the storm.

“This is too much Dawson’s Creek. Do you want to be Pacey in this scenario?”

The book picks up shortly after When You Are Mine. Kerris and Cam are still together. They are expecting a baby and trying to mend their relationship that is definitely strained.   Walsh has since moved away not able to deal with not being with Kerris. Unfortunately, tragedy strikes and alters the lives of all three.

“You are the best decision my heart ever made.”

I have to say…I REALLY enjoyed this book. It may have to do with Walsh. I mean…he literally is amazing. He knew when to push, when not to push. There were parts where my heart hurt from all the swooning.

“The only one day I care about is ours. Yours and mine.”

Cam on the other hand I was so upset with. I wanted to scream at him in the beginning and virtually slap him. I really hated what he had become but in true Kennedy fashion, I ended up somewhat liking him in the end.

Kerris…she is just so strong. The crap she went through her entire life and being able to come out still standing is just amazing. Plus, the tragedy and the fallout in this book would’ve sent anyone to a bad place. I was also a bit jellie of her. When you read the book, you’ll know what I’m talking about. She knew what she’d done was wrong and owned up to it in this book. She also wanted to make everything better.  I was a bit angry in the first book with her and some decisions she made. But trust me, she came around full-circle.

I have to say I enjoyed this one a lot. It was a fun, sweet, sexy read that kept me interested throughout. I know that there are some people that are not fans of love triangles. This is not a mega love triangle, so don’t be too worried or turned off.

Kennedy’s writing is flawless, her words flow seamlessly and her books are a treat.

I recommend this series if you want a fun, sexy, addicting read!
