The last thing I remember is having drinks at Brady’s and trying to avoid eye-contact with my life-long crush—the gorgeous, unattainable Maximilian Hallowell. They tell me that was a year ago, but I have no memories of anything since then. What I do have is this ring on my finger that Max says he gave me, and this much-thinner body I’ve dreamed of most of my life. Aside from a case of retrograde amnesia, everything seems almost...perfect.

But the deeper I immerse myself into this new world of mine—planning a wedding to a man I don't remember dating, attempting to run a business I don't remember starting—the clearer it becomes that nothing is as it seems. Do I have the life I’ve always wanted or is it a facade propped up by secrets I don't even know I have?

I need answers before I marry Max, and the only person who seems to have them is the angry, tatted, sexy-as-sin rocker Nate Crane. And Nate wants me for himself.

Lost in Me is not a standalone novel, as the story continues in Here and Now book two, FALL TO YOU, releasing in June

Stacia Says…

I have been dying to read this book since I read the synopsis. The concept sounded so intriguing and I can’t imagine what it would feel like, to wake up from an accident and not remember anything from the past 11 months.

“I’m trying not to panic, but I just woke up in a hospital, I don’t know how I got here…”

Hannah awakes from a nasty fall down a flight of stairs and remembers everything about her life, her friends, and her family, except anything about the last year. She finds herself 50 pounds thinner and in the best shape of her life. She also finds out that she now owns her dream business and is suddenly engaged to the man she has had a crush on since she was 13-years-old. But, Hannah soon finds out getting everything she ever wanted and having the perfect life, even though she can’t remember any of it, isn’t all that it seems and the more secrets that come out, the more she wonders what she truly wants; especially when a lot of her “truths” come out through complete stranger Nate Crane.

“You are the most beautiful woman I have ever met.” You’re like the sun- completely blind to your own beauty because you are so busy making every around you shine.”

Hannah is such a relatable character, with all her insecurities and trust issues. Maximilian is the doting fiancé, who clearly loves Hannah very much. Nate, who is this frustrated, sexy-tattooed rocker, has lots of secrets of his own. I have to admit that from the beginning I felt there was more of a connection and more chemistry between Hannah and Nate then with her and Max. There was just something about the mysterious Nate Crane that had me swooning. I will go on record that saying I am team Nate all the way.

“I’ve missed your taste. The way you cry out when I touch you.”

This book had so many twists and turns and had me enthralled from beginning to end. I can’t wait to see what surprises the author brings to us in book 2. I would definitely recommend this book to other readers.
