Alexis says…

Everyone loves Archer’s Voice because of Archer. The takeaway after reading Finding Eden is that everyone will love Becoming Calder/Finding Eden as a beautiful love story—a love story, quite frankly, so perfect that I’m a bit out of words to describe it. Of all of Mia Sheridan’s books, Finding Eden is it for me. She completely hit her stride and knocked it out of the ball park.

This book picks up right after Becoming Calder. I cannot express how amazing it is that Mia is releasing both books on the same day. I promise you’ll want to drop everything to find out what happens. You may even want to schedule a vacation day or somehow come down with a cough so you can spend all day in Eden and Calder’s world.

There are many love stories where sure you read about characters and the feelings they have toward each other. But Finding Eden? This book…this book shows the raw emotion that is the essence of what true love and undying devotion really is. With each word, you will literally experience the character’s emotions and feel everything.

As soon as I started Finding Eden,I was sucked back into their story. Within the first 12%, I was an emotional wreck. Don’t get me wrong, it was a fantastic thing…no bad tears. Throughout the book, certain pieces come together, and any thoughts or theories are either confirmed or dismissed.

This series was so well-thought-out, I’m still shocked by it. I’m amazed at how everything panned out and made complete sense. The twists and turns…oh my! I loved every second of it. There is also a hysterical moment, well at least for me, that’s so sad yet so funny. It’ll pull at your heart strings and make you giggle while having you question if you’re a horrible person. When you reach that part, I’m certain you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.

I read a lot, and I haven’t cried at anything lately. Really…I started to think my heart had turned black. Mia Sheridan had me crying by 12%, and I didn’t stop. Black masacara dripping crying. Two scenes, in particular, stole my breath. I’m actually tearing up as I think of them. {Excuse me for a tissue break}

Trust me, you’ll fall in love, and this book will ruin you for other books. Calder and Eden’s journey will capture your heart and not let go.

Finding Eden is all about finding closure and moving on. It’s about picking up the pieces and learning how to live.

If you only read one series this year, this is it. I’ll always remember Eden and Calder, and they’ll carry a special spot in my heart.

This series will leave you with a hangover–the type that a glass of water and two Ibuprofens won’t cure.

When I’m not sitting on my couch with my head buried in my Kindle, I can be found writing or doing anything creative from building a patio, to sewing pillows. The wild hairs I get know no bounds. Leo is my debut novel, but my head is swimming with more…
