Series: Book Boyfriend #3
Published by Erin Noelle on 12-15-2003
After a series of catastrophic misunderstandings and impulsively poor decision-making, Scarlett MacGregor finds herself once again torn between two loves, as different as they may be. Lacking proper closure with their relationship, accompanied by the overwhelming guilt for her role in his devastating downfall, Scarlett resolves to help Mason recover and reclaim his life as a budding rock star. However, now that he has finally claimed her as his, Ash Walker is bound and determined to keep her by his side, and he will go to any lengths necessary to do just that.
Mason Templeton has hit rock bottom. He’s in love with a girl whose heart and soul belong to another and he’s partied his way off of an international music tour that was supposed to be his big break. Returning home for rehab sounds like the worst possible way to start a new year, but when an unexpected friendship emerges, he begins to realize that maybe everything does happen for a reason.
Euphoria is the third and final installment of Scarlett, Ash, and Mason’s self-discovering journeys to happiness and understanding the meaning of true love ~ the kind that begs for complete surrender
Recommended for readers 17+ due to sexual content and harsh language.
Embracing her one last time, I whispered in her ear, “I love you, butterfly… ‘your curves and all your edges, and all your perfect imperfections.’ I’ll see you tomorrow night.”
“I love you, too, Ash. ‘You’re my end and my beginning; even when I lose, I’m winning,’” she whispered back. Then she grabbed her bag and headed for the security check point. Right before turning the corner where I couldn’t see her anymore, she looked back at me and blew me a kiss and made hand hearts. Damn, she was beautiful. I stood there for several minutes with a goofy ass grin on my face. I wasn’t expecting her to sing the next lyrics of the song to me, but it filled me with an indescribable feeling of warmth and love. ~Ash

Finally, the highly anticipated release of Euphoria, the final book in the Book Boyfriend series by Erin Noelle, is here! We have all been anxiously wondering who Scarlett will pick and if she ends up with Ash!
Ash is a fun loving, extremely bright, surfer boy that has once again found his way into Scarlett’s heart and her bed. Then there is Mason. Mason, the consummate bad boy, has now completely hit rock bottom by overdosing in Miami. Scarlett leaves Ash and his family on Christmas to be by Mason’s side. Of course, Ash isn’t happy with his decision, but gives Scarlett the space she needs to tend to Mason.
So, cue the angst! Mason comes back home to enter rehab after checking himself out of the hospital. Scarlett finds out where Mason is and begins visiting him; she even participates in a therapy session or two with him. Does she tell Ash? Hell no! Then there is Ash, always thinking ahead. He begins applying to colleges so he can complete his doctorate and decides to apply for Scarlett as well, in hopes she will follow him. Does he tell Scarlett? Hell no! And the love triangle that has gone on from the beginning continues on! Can Mason make it out of rehab in hopes of getting back to the music he loves so much? Does he still love Scarlett? Does he fight for her? Does Scarlett follow Ash? Ending with the main question… who ends up with Scarlett?
Well, I will start by saying that I never really sided on either Team Ash or Team Mason, as many have! I was pretty torn and never really liked one of them more than the other. They both had their pros and cons to me. Will everyone be happy with the way this book ended? Absolutely not! Will I reveal the outcome? Absolutely not! Do I think that you should read this book to find out what happens? Definitely!!The angst is off the charts and I love the development of the characters. I love Max and I am so glad that he looks as if he may find happiness in this book! My favorite part of this book and the other books in the series, is that Scarlett loves reading all the same books that I do and she even starts a blog! Her love of books hits so close to home for me and it is just familiar and relatable and I think it is pretty cool!
Erin mentions books, that I know you all have read, in this book and it is just so fun! To me, this book is a must read if read the first 2 books in the series. My only suggestion is to not cheat and skip to the end like I know some people have done!! You know who you are…..
